Chipinge Bible Education Centre

It is an institute which is helping the advancement of truth in the area as well as in the district at large. Our area of operation is within the village in the understanding that our fellow villagers might “know and believe that Jesus is the Christ, the son of God, and that believing ye might have life through his name” (John 20:31).

Like the prophet Isaiah and all those who seek to serve God, the Lord has formed us primarily to be His servants. If doing His will is my daily goal and purpose, I need not be dissatisfied with the apparent smallness of my sphere or the limited nature of the services I can render. The very purpose for which we have been created is to be a servant, eager and ready to work wit h a willing mind, an individual in whom the Father is glorified by a constant striving to do His will. What I most certainly will say is that as a servant of God, our lives must be about service, and we cannot allow fear of failure or nervousness or thoughts of inadequacy or anything at all to keep us from serving. The work God can accomplish through us is in direct proportion to our willingness to serve and be willing to let Him work through us. How true it is that God can do much even when we do very little. I pray for the Almighty’s even greater blessing upon this new venture and the support which I trust you will give the project in endeavouring to further the knowledge of the Gospel.

Dear brethren, I want you to remember that the objective of this effort is to spread the glorious hope of salvation which you and me are privileged to enjoy. Please remember our work in your prayers. Our aim is to fully preach the true Gospel and to encourage those who hear our preaching to maintain a high standard of doctrine and practice.

Photo captions We were sent some excellent photos about the Centre. Alas they got lost in the UK postal system, fortunately the article above was sent via email and so has survived, all I can say it’s a jolly nice little Centre and has been responsible for at least two baptisms MH
