Nearly Tricked Out of Money

I have some eye-opening news to share with you, brothers and sisters, of which my sister, Sherry Luskin is witness, because we joined forces to track down the tricks of an adversary (a satan).

This story is about a certain woman whom I only knew for a short while. She seemed to be a holy woman of God. She begged me to lend her money to help her fulfil a vow she had made some time back. She had used her own funds in all sincerity, which were in a named bank in West Africa where they were held to fund orphanages and widows, and to propagate the word of God. It would help to ensure that society upholds the views and beliefs of the Holy Bible once she had the funds. She sent me an application for claiming funds, and I forwarded the application and some information to a named bank in West Africa. I completed all the process required for a claim for funds, and started dealing with the named lawyer who asked me for some dollars for processing the documents required to transfer funds to Zambia. I used money reserved to pay rent for the house I am currently occupying. The woman kept encouraging me with the word of God almost every day. Fortunately, God opened my eyes to her constant and continuing requests. I invented a plan to find out if there were any tricks the woman was using.

Finally, the lawyer demanded thousands of dollars to finish the process of transfer of funds. Brothers and sisters, without the power of God I would have been in bad debt which would have landed me in prison. The woman I have talked about is so crafty and tricky with the word of God that, if not very careful, you can be deceived. Jesus warned his disciples about people of such character (Matt 24:24), for there shall arise false Christs and false prophets and shall show great signs and wonders, insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

This woman is a devil, and I have written this account to open the minds of those Christians who believe in the supernatural being, the devil. There is, in fact, no such being as the devil. This vicious woman is a devil to me, in the same way that Job’s friends were his devils or adversaries: Eliphaz, Bildad and Zophar (Job 42:7-9).

Brothers and sisters, let us be vigilant and faithful in the works of God to shame adversaries, until the end.

This experience of mine has built up my faith on a stronger foundation than before, and it shall be a testimony in my life. I would like you to pray for me that God will give me back the funds I have lost, in the same way that God returned all that Job lost.

Comment: I too have had such letters and know of another brother who was seriously tricked by such a letter. As I have said before, there is no one who is going to give you a fortune who you do not know. As the Russian saying goes ‘The only free cheese is in a rat’s trap – so don’t get caught. MH
