With a breaking heart I inform you of the falling asleep of our beloved Brother Boris Grigorovich. He of all of us believed with his whole heart in the Lord. Sister Lena from Moscow was with us at the end. Valya, Alevtina and myself sat with Boris at his bed for the last 3 days, so that we would be with him at the end. He died strong in faith. We buried him two days later in faith and hope of the resurrection. Thank you for giving him and us the knowledge of the hope of the Gospel, of the Kingdom, of resurrection, of the love of God and the grace of Jesus our Lord.

Our ecclesia meets twice per week and we always pray for others and send our greetings. Vera and I hope to come to the gathering in Voronezh on the way to see our daughter. However our preaching efforts at the moment are not bearing fruit.

Nastya and I are enjoying married life. We will soon finish our course and then from 1st August we will begin our work as doctors at a small settlement in Murmansk Oblast. I hope we can show the true light to people there in such darkness.

I shall look forward to the next Bible weekend in Voronezh, and am hopeful that our contacts there will come. Their interest has revived my enthusiasm to preach. Brother Sergej was here today and we broke bread together and thought of you all... I am so sorry to hear of the sleep of Brother Boris, but he will surely live again.
