Cholera Strikes!

We have some very disturbing letters regarding the existence of cholera in areas where some of our brethren and sisters are. It can spread rapidly and sometimes prove fatal, but there are measures that can be taken in an endeavour to prevent and control it. The Hesperian Society have produced four helpful leaflets:

How to prevent cholera

How to make water safe for drinking and cooking

How to identify cholera and

How to treat cholera.

Gospel News for April/June will include these leaflets for those in Africa. We will be happy to supply further copies for general distribution should anyone wish to have them. MH
