Our son Aleksandr has gone to Russia to work, as there is little work here. We are missing him. Every day we read the chapters from the Bible Companion and break bread each week. We feel the Lord’s presence in our lives, even though they are sad.

Well, now I have a computer and can use internet, I am in contact more, including my dear ones in Latvia. We here in Ukraine so eagerly anticipate each year the Bible School in Poltava, it is such a wonderful thing to be together as well as to study the word of God intensively. I thank God for you.

I am fine. Recently we have a new child, a girl, Olenka. Older son, Oleh is already three years old. I continue to grow in Christ, thanks to your written books. I continue to speak with my wife about the essential doctrines of the Bible. I am thankful for your ministering of baptism to me.

There is so much false teaching around, it’s so hard at times with those former friends who keep pushing it upon us and wanting to argue all the time. I have a lot of experience discussing with Jewish people, let me know any who speak Russian who’d like contact about the Gospel.

Once again I spent time in France caring for an old lady as I usually do each Summer. Each year I wonder if it will be the last time I see her. Although I do it as a job it is also a welcome break for me. I very much love this old lady and so wish I could break through to her about the Truth.
