DAR ES SALAAM
It is a great pleasure to get this opportunity to inform you that I have been receiving different religious pamphlets and books. Even though it is a matter of struggling in life, I have written to you to thank you a lot for your continuous mailing to me, even though I have not written to you before.

We often come across people who say the differences in interpreting the Bible is not spiritually significant. They do not understand that it is by His Word that He works in us ‘that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ’ [Heb 13:21].
Points of validity of different interpretations, based on human wisdom, however sincere, will not get man to the saving truths. It is a decisive principle.

I am grateful and happy to have received an invitation so that I can belong to the Christadelphian body, and am pleased to receive all the articles that you send out to us! My intention in writing this piece is to tell you how fond I am of all the books sent out for our spiritual growth. Please, I pray that you look for more books that will help me to grow in the Spirit.

I thank our Heavenly Father in enabling me to smoothly continue with His work. I very much hope that we will be together in the ever-happy kingdom. I also thank Him for enabling you in your daily activities to provide us with some fruit-bearing books, pamphlets and tracts.
I continue preaching the word to the Moslem world around me by awakening them to the True Faith. I hope that in the near future I will have a good number of them ready to be baptised.

You suggested that “Introducing Bible Basics” be produced in a series of leaflets in Kiswahili. I found this a very good idea and therefore I’ve started translating it. The only trouble will be the expense of typing it up and putting it on disc. Computer owners here use them commercially, so it is not possible to find one who will charge little for doing it.

It is wonderful that a brother from Mwanza came to visit us and we were able to give him two English Bible Basics and two Msingi ya Biblia. He has three contacts at present two understand English and one Kiswahili, that’s why I gave him the books. I am going to give our contacts one Bible Basics each and I will let them sign for me that they are going to put them to good use with my supervision.

I thank you once more for the information you have passed to me. I know that things will work out the way that God wills it, that is for the ultimate benefit of true believers. The time has come for the fulfilment of many of the prophecies (2 Timothy 3:1-5). But we are to persevere (Matthew 24:13).

Thank you for Where Women Have No Doctor. I think all of us at our ecclesia will use it to get knowledge to educate our sisters and others. The condition of our area with drought is very difficult. The government is distributing emergency food.
