GREENLAND A special prayer request for our contacts there and our planned trip there this next weekend, Lord willing. They have now been studying the
NEV Bible and
Bible Basics for some weeks. We plan to change planes in Iceland and visit contacts there too. Truly the Gospel is spreading to the very ends of the earth. The tickets are quite expensive and we're open to your donations towards the work there.
UKRAINE
We give thanks that Daniel, Mark and Duncan returned to UK safely from Ukraine after many dramas there. Especially appreciate your prayers for those we left behind there in humanly impossible situations. Sister Lena caring for her mum in a front line town, rattled continually by explosions and with the sirens wailing much of the time, trying to raise two young children but unable to leave her bedridden mum [also a sister in Christ, whom we baptized really many years ago]. An elderly couple, both diabetic, who lost their family due to the war, and are struggling up and down flights of stairs to the shop, spending their tiny pension on medicines... and so many others. Do please pray for them and for us as we seek to help them.
UK
We returned from Ukraine to catch up with all the folks wanting to be baptized. William Booth, founder of the Salvation Army, said something to the effect that he would if necessary crawl on his hands and knees from one side of England to the other in order to bring one man to Christ. And so in far greater comfort, in a car, on motorways with petrol stations and Gregg's... we drove from London to Swansea then across the UK to Norwich in order to baptize RICHARD, one of our many online followers, and also TAMSIN who will be well known to attenders at the Carroty Wood retreat and our Saturday Zoom breaking of bread meetings. Tamsin had come to see clearly the truth of the human Lord Jesus rather than the trinitarian one, who didn't physically pre-exist; and the truth of the 'Devil' referring to sin rather than a literal monster. She gave very compelling testimony about the effect of these truths in her personal life, you can hear the full session of her testimony

Tamsin lives on the West Cross council estate, and a short walk from her flat is the beach. With a pub on it. Imagine, a pub with a large council estate behind it and the beach as its beer garden. Plenty of water for baptisms. Prime location for a "Church in a Pub". No pub would fit the bill like this one. And sister Tamsin is keen to serve the Lord, holds true doctrine, and well qualified. But we'd need help getting this up and running... hard for any one to run a "Church in a Pub" project totally alone. Swansea is 4/5 hours drive from Croydon, London. We can't be there all the time. Let us know if anyone more local is motivated to seriously get involved with such a project. We're making it a matter of prayer and now awaiting the Lord's further leading.
