Uganda Youth Camp
Another dream came true when from the 19th to 23rd January, the youth camp took place again for the growth and encouragement of the youth also the Brother and Sisters plus the students .The topic was ‘The Parables of Jesus’. This brought all the minds of the young people to a common understanding . I am so grateful and happy about this camp .We had very good teachers from UK Bro Richard Allyne and Sis Michaela , they both brought the topic to the level of practical understanding and also organized drama to show that they really understood the subject and could put if into expression . The camp was among the best we have ever had. Organization and teaching were good. We tried to work hand in hand with every person on the camp site thus making all participate in the gathering. I gained a lot of experience in understanding and organizing people . I continue thanking the Almighty Father for the challenge He has given me to do the work well . I pray and ask Him for more camps so that the young can continue to meet and have such teaching in their lives.
Most of all our appreciation goes to our Father who gave us the power, and energy plus blessings for organizing the camp despite all the problems we faced, such as drought, famine and increased transport costs. Also thanks go to our Linkman for the work he has done, he is doing a lot of teaching like a father to his children.
