The Gift of Faithfulness

My child, don't lose sight of good planning and insight. They keep you safe on our way and keep your feet from stumbling. You can lie down without fear and enjoy pleasant dreams. Pr 3:21,23-24

As the old year ends, we look forward to the year ahead. We make plans and commitments to try again to do our best and to live godly lives. It's good to plan according to God's will and purpose. It's good to remember what God tells us in Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," says the lord. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope."

Soon we'll be starting a new year. Embrace the possibility of God's goodness and His faithfulness to you. Remember to include Him in all your plans and He will keep you from stumbling and give you nights of peaceful dreams. (Karen Moore)
