News from the Americas
As always I look forward to receiving Gospel News and I think it is Providence that both Gospel News Oct-Dec and the October Tidings have articles on forgiveness. Both articles mentioned the difficulties we encounter in forgiving, but knowing we should and with God’s help can, as is mentioned in Phil. 4:13. But we have to remember that if the Lord does not forgive us our trespasses we will surely not be in the Kingdom and we are surely in the last days’ as all that is prophesied is unfolding before our eyes. So let us keep watching and praying for our redemption surely draweth nigh. Could you please send me some literature so that I can distribute, as it is a way of preaching. Thank you and may we continue to watch and pray as we are surely in these last day; even in Guyana we are seeing the days of Lot and Noah.

Gospel News helps me so much in my walk to the Kingdom, by that I mean that some of the articles written are really uplifting and encouraging. For example the one on “The Lord’s Prayer” in last Oct-Dec, written by Bro. Isaac Cox was very helpful to me. The paragraph on “Forgive us our debts as we forgive others” when he said we should say to the Father “I cannot do this alone, but I am willing to forgive them through my mouth and tongue. I don’t want to hold on to this hurt and anger any more – I release it to you.” Those words were really helpful.

I read Gospel News from cover to cover; it is wonderful to see the areas around the world where light stands are to be found. We pray for the return of the Master to grant us everlasting peace.

Here is my message for the end of this year and the beginning of the coming year 2008. Our life is like a burning candle thus as long as the candle burns it comes to it end, so is our life. Therefore, every minute of our life we need to come closer and closer to the perfection and apply our hearts to the wisdom, love, holiness, , righteouness... so that we might be the kind of people that God wants us to be. So, may our glorious God, through His Son the Lord Jesus Christ, direct our steps to His Kingdom. And may His Kingdom come soon to put and end to this present world of war, famine, illness, disaster , ... etc.
