Well this is all new for me. I hope that this is right. This is the first time on a forum. I am reaching out for some direction and help. I live with an alcoholic that refuses to see that there is a problem. And now, I am very concerned that the times he drinks he has no problem driving too. I am very concerned that someday he could end up killing someone in an accident. I am starting alon for my own support. The other thing is I just got married to him less than a month ago and now I wonder did I make the right choice. I do love him, but you can't help if the alcoholic doesn't see they need help. I wonder what can I do. I don't want to be an enabler. The time this happens is when I am out of town and when I get him on the phone he lies about where he is and he is very drunk and driving. There have been times I have had to come home in the middle of the night to catch him in a lie and then watch him get in his truck almost falling over and then he takes off and drives.

Step 1: Do you have an OpenID?

If you wish to use your existing OpenID, go straight to Step 2.

Create your own OpenID at https://www.myopenid.com/signup When setting up your OpenID, give yourself a Nickname - this is what you'll be known as on this site.

[ Your OpenID can be used on a wide range of sites: see http://openiddirectory.com/ . ]

Step 2: Log in

It couldn't be easier. You don't have to register with this site - we don't need you to verify your email address. You'll find the login link at the top left of the page, just under the Carelinks banner.
